CREATIVE WORK, PHOTOGRAPHS AND RESEARCH
We share discoveries to promote palaeontological heritage. Texts, photographs and illustrations remain protected by their creators’ rights.
Site content
The site’s presentation, Paléocharente’s identity and content created by the association are protected by intellectual property rights. Third-party photographs, drawings and other works remain the property of their creators or rights holders, including illustrations by Mazan and Isabelle Dethan and photographs with specific credits. Their presence on the site does not grant visitors reproduction rights.
Sharing a page
You may share links to our pages. For a brief quotation, identify the author where named, Paléocharente and a link to the page, within the limits of statutory exceptions. A quotation must neither distort the meaning nor imply a partnership with or endorsement by the association.
Reusing a photograph or illustration
To reproduce, modify, publish or use content beyond uses permitted by law, first obtain the rights holder’s consent. Write to us specifying the content, medium, purpose, distribution and intended duration. We will direct you to the creator where necessary. Credits, signatures and rights notices must be retained.
Our name and logo
Using Paléocharente’s name or logo to represent the association, promote an activity or suggest a partnership requires our prior agreement. Downloading an image or displaying it in a browser does not authorise reuse.
