Dinosaurs in the city

An encounter beyond the museum · October 2017

A dinosaur in the streets of Angoulême

Palaeontology leaves the museum to meet local people.

In October 2017, Paléocharente coordinated a live dinosaur performance in the streets of Angoulême, linked to the exhibition Dinosaures, les géants du vignoble.

Accompanied by an “anti-dino brigade”, the tyrannosaur crossed the city centre to the museum, followed by families and curious onlookers.
